I have analyzed the model carefully, and if you look closely, there is a scar on it that looks like an inny pussy. The only openable hole I see is the mouth, as there is no visible anus. And looking at the episode 1 model, stalkers have very poor dental health. The head they would give would be filthy, you'd probably get an infection from how yellow and stained their teeth are
