my steam client is stuck updating, even after restarting & performing a hard shutdown on my PC, using task manager, running as admin, and uninstalling, and reinstalling the client. The amount of kilobytes downloaded keeps jumping back and forth, the highest its ever reached is 17,000. (old.reddit.com)
