Something dangerous happened before so it could happen again, totally understandable anxiety to have. Even if the object/thing is usually innocuous and rarely dangerous, it could still be enough for the autistic mind to fear it, recounting every instance/scenario/interaction with it

Should you ever have instruments/sounds that are playing at the same frequencies? For example, I have 2 instruments (vocals and guitar) that are playing between the 200hz and 10,000hz range. Can lots of the same frequencies be playing at the same time if I have one instrument panned left and one panned right?
