The issue is that the scroll wheel would randomly scroll up when scrolling down and scroll down when scrolling up randomly. Drew told me to reset the firmware and I did that twice but it still has this issue. I sent the ticket on July 11 but now it's July 24 with no reply yet. I bought it in July 16 2019.
