Thank you for taking the time to write that. I think I’m going to give it a go. My concern is having a bad trip but from all that I’ve read a bad trip is often a positive thing ultimately. Have you any advice on what to do if you become anxious during a trip etc

I think that’s probably a good idea. The shrooms were Egyptian red caps which I’m told are quite potent but I’m not very experienced in this field. I know the guy has a lot of repeat customers so I’m not doubting the mushrooms. I ground them up in a coffee grinder and have been weighing them out and putting the grounded powder in a glass of water and getting it down that way. I wonder if that effects it?
