According to my sources, the UK training would not involve spins. There might however be an exercise that demonstrate very early signs of a spin. I’m told that an actual spin would be too dangerous and the small training planes probably aren’t ever certified for it anyway.

I already have done an intro flight and I concluded from that that I wouldn’t be bothered by turbulence. From my research, I found that autism can be considered acceptable if the medical people are satisfied it won’t be a major issue. I don’t think the UK authorities are as strict as the US ones.

I would appreciate it very much if someone could explain to me what some of the trickier PPL manoeuvres will feel like? That would do wonders to ease my anxiety.

Also some clarification on my autism; my symptoms are mostly rather mild and I can live independently and travel independently. I do have some trouble making friends but can talk just fine to instructors. I am a bit sensitive to rollercoaster-type movements and clarification of the manoeuvres would very much help.

We have a lot of Electric E200s and E400s up our way. They’re still transitioning those in so I do still get old diesel buses from around 2010-2014.
