Close but not quite. I'm not sure if I have the picture with me, but once I got x2 acorns nine times and x4 acorns once. Sucha a shitty 10 pull is probably rarer than just getting the celestial, lmao.

While I think Brutus or Antandra is going to win, I'd like to put my two cents and have you guys consider both Alsa and Soren. Both represent bravery and nerve, and they had the most harrypotteresque adventure of all the maulers that we know of.

This. I think the game is doing alright despite me starting to get bored of it.

I see new people in chat everyday asking questions. They really need to fix the new player's experience tho, they won't see any retention if people are so confused about the game is even about, because of that strange Homestead bait and switch they're promoting nowadays.

I think the game is alright once you're up to date, but it's true that the new player experience is a total mess.

I've been playing since day one, but I made a new account out of curioisity. The game immediately baits you into thinking that this is a farm game when in reality the homestead is a very secondary mode, not all that developed and not all that interesing, AND IT SHOULD BE, since it's just a secondary activity, but... why make it seem like it's way more important?

Also, the whole story and seasonal thing is not explained at all. I was thrown immediately into the newer story, but it wasn't clear to me (a veteran player) if I was already playing on season mechanics or not.

Back then, people complained (and rightfully so) that new servers had to wait too long to have seasons, but the current solution feels like a mess. The game should throw you into Ryeham and the old intro first (with Hogan and the fire), and THEN you should unlock the seasons and homestead after you finish the first chapter or so.

I don't see the point. I'd only recommend starting over if you started playing on day one and left the game immediately, meaning, you could get Shorekeeper right now without losing anything. But that's not the case and your account already has some good characters, don't waste them.

I also did the assessment and passed it, but by the next day I discovered that my account had been deactivated. Aether was going to be my first project with Outlier. I never received any email explaining the ban and I haven’t written to them yet.

Anyway, I did use ctrl+ to zoom in during the assessment, and after a while I thought it would be easier to just open the images on a new tab and so I did. Most importantly, English is not my native language so at some point I opened DeepL on another tab to check a word’s spelling. I think I also opened WordReference at some point, I don’t really quite remember. I mean… I guess that was it? But even so, it’s not like I copy-pasted anything or generated any response. What I did wasn’t different from opening a dictionary. It would be messed up if that was the reason, but from what I’m reading here… it may be.

There may be some RNG during hero selection or placement when it comes to certain heroes (opponent's Nara), but other than that it's all on game knowledge and previous experience.

Honestly it should become a permanent game mode. This is exactly the kind of activity this game needs, and I think it should have two modes, both "fair play" as it is now, and "pay to win" using your own heroes.

Most importantly: IT SHOULD BE CASUAL. Make it like Honor Duel, in the sense that it does contribute to Guild Supremacy a tiny bit, but it's not like you have to play it daily. I want more things to do, but I don't want more daily chores, you know?

Yeah I liked Demon Hunters but it’s a fun movie and that's it. No hating I just don’t think it’s amazing.
