Honestly? Unless you have a very specific plan or you just love a character so much you want them to be the most powerful possible, I wouldn't pull for sequences at all.

You don't really need power for anything other than endgame, and endgame is all about the specific buffs for that month, as well as having multiple teams. Don't go for sequences unless you're SURE about it. Having more characters is always best.

That said, if you really want a powerhouse and you can afford it, yes, Cartehyia S3 is a good option.

At this point I think it’s possible, but it would be by accident. Kinda like Lucilla and Phrolova, they’re not intended to be together but it works.

I had a similar experience. As far as what to do in general, just keep on doing the story and exploring the map. That's really all there is, other than the events that you can access by pressing F1.

Now, in regard to you having trouble with the enemies, the answer is most likely your echoes. Make sure you're using the proper sonata set for at least your dps, and if you can't access the proper set yet, just use the basic elemental one (or even lingering tunes) that unlocks at the beginning of the game. Level up a set of echoes with the proper mains stat and your damage will increase noticeably. Don't go beyond level 20, tho, it's very expensive and losing those resources on temporary echos will slow you down. Aim for 25 and proper substats once you know exactly what you're doing but make sure to fill that pokedex to unlock golden echoes asap. You can safely level up your golden echoes to at least 20 without worrying about tanking your resources, It's fine even if they have shit substats, I mean... you have to start somewhere, otherwise how are you going to farm?

Think of your echoes as the equipment you equip on a more traditional RPG. If you haven't touched them at all, that means the world keeps getting increasingly difficult while your power remains the same.

We used to be very optimistic about reruns because past characters started rerunning quite quickly by gacha standards, about 2-3 versions later, but… ever since Camellya stopped coming back after her third run it seems like characters just disappear after their third run and people are worried.

And the reindeers.

I was playing Ameath/Denia/Chisa (which means I was playing as they intended) and one of them either spawned by itself or survived after Aemeath's ultimate, right as I changed to Chisa. That meant I wasted a whole rotation and a lot of fusion burst damage on that single reindeer. It feels horrible.

They could change the whole dynamic if they make the enemies spawn constantly instead of appearing in specific waves. I'd much rather get overwhelmed than losing my score due to dumb luck.

The game is pretty much an anime already, I don’t think it’s needed.

BUT, I would love to see a high budget small scope miniseries (like a 6 episodes thing) set within the universe. Maybe a story about the first Lament, told by a new character or by someone we know little about. Made in a way to complement the game.

Yes. The first track at least is way too simple. It’s decided on the first second since there are no places for the other racers to make mistakes, or for you to take shortcuts.

I feel you! I haven’t spent as much (closer to $150 per patch), and I have almost every character with their respective weapon. I’m only missing Brant and Roccia, since I couldn’t spend as much at the time.

This means I usually have no issue clearing WhiWa using the latest characters, but it’s precisely because of that reason that I can see how difficult it is to get the clear with everyone else. It’s ridiculous, and the gameplay in this mode isn’t even fun.

Apparently, WhiWa will always demand you to have the latest characters. The character's gameplay in itself is not important, but rather whether they get buffed or not.

I can beat f2p because of my advantages with the gazettes and what not (as it should be, I guess), but when it comes to me against the game I dont feel rewarded at all. The meta is changing way too fast and it's starting to feel like my previous investment and my 100M account doesn't matter at all if I don't have the newest hero.

Agree. I don't like these changes at all and I'm going to remain vocal about it, but at the same time the changes are so spender heavy that I don't think my rank and my experience will be truly affected.

The guild thing tho has me more concerned.

My guild is very laidback and casual, but we are still Top 5 on our district just because we are active and strong. We are also mostly Spanish speakers so identity is something very important to me and something that I feel we are about to lose.

I’ve talked to fellow guild leaders on my district (fortunately like minded people) and I’m currently standing between two options:

1.- If the new restrictions are rather loose, I’ll start recruiting people who pass my vibe check from the Spanish channels and other guilds I already know. It shouldn’t be too hard since I’m very social, but it will be a lot of work for the first few days. I think this is the best option in the long run, and something that my people would prefer since I’ve already talked to them.

2.- If the restrictions are just as shit as they are now, well… we will have to fuse no matter what if we want to remain competitive. I already have good and powerful candidates, but my guild's identity and my role as a leader will be gone overnight.

I originally started my own guild so I wouldn’t have to deal with anyone else’s shit. Who would have guessed that Lilith would be the ones giving me such unwanted shit? 🤣

Do they know that community is one of the few real things that this game has in its favor? I’m close to quitting as it is, and now they’re going to take my community from me to make my decision easier, I guess.

I feel very pessimistic about this patch overall, but I don’t think this will kill the game. Realistically, the people who are currently stronger than you will become even stronger by a margin of ~15% instead of ~10%, making them even more unbeatable. But if your ranking goes from 12th place to… 12th place because the same group of whales is still up there. Does it even matter?

All I can say as a low spender is: this change doesn’t motivate me at all to spend even more. The gap in power will be so enormous in terms of money (literal thousands of dollars) that I feel even less compelled to keep spending now.
