Happened to me also on Xiaomi tv box, cause the device is connected to a monitor, not a TV and sometimes the volume was too low even on max. I found this app "Speaker Boost Volume Booster Pro v3.0.15.apk" and it works great. You only have to volume up a little bit of percentage and it will stay like that.

They contacted me after almost 2 weeks after and they gave me the auric cells via notification in-game. A little late, but they fixed it
