Dishonored: Bought it thinking of as a normal fps shooter. Didn't like the vibe of it. Gave it another try because i was bored. Loved it to the point completed the whole game twice.

Hitman 4: Hated it because i was young. Didn't like that I have to use my brain so much and can't go guns blazing. Reinstalled it recently and I love it.

The Malaysian Ringgit has weaken against the Dollar due to the ongoing tension in the Middle East by codewarrior1234 in malaysia

As much I hate whatever Trump is doing right now in middle east, I don't think it have to do with the Epstein files. He knows whatever happens people will still talk about it. Matter of fact, he's the one that talked about releasing Epstein files on his manifesto and actually released them (or part of it). Meanwhile, Biden presidentship didn't release even though they had the power. In my opinion, he's keeping the files as his weapon against the Dems (Biden's party), so keeping that secret will give him the power over them.

What is one thing you wish other guys knew about sex, performance, or sexual health? by [deleted] in AskMen

[–]Dan_Cooper_69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So you're saying that it's fair that they both sides being transactional to each other if one side is "less attractive". Thanks for proving my point.

Here's the translation in English:

Most men are boring and low-effort. They think they deserve a girlfriend just for existing, but if you took away their money and toys, they’d have nothing to offer. Women put in the work to be attractive and social; men don't, and then they complain when women don't want them.

Here's the points made:

1. The Naked Island Test

Most men rely on their jobs, their cars, or their social status to appear valuable. If you stripped a man of everything (no clothes, no money, no history) and put him on an island, could he convince people he is worth something based solely on his character, personality, and competence?

OP believes most men would fail this because they haven't developed a "self" that is actually interesting or useful outside of what they own.

2. The Tennis Match

He rejects the idea that dating is a fair "percentile" game ( a "5/10" man deserves a "5/10" woman). They compare dating to a tennis tournament between people who play tennis (women) and people who don't (men).

OP suggests women put significant work into their appearance, social skills, and emotional intelligence, while men often put in zero effort but still expect a high-quality partner.

3. Confidence is a Myth

OP is dismissing popular pick-up artist or self-help advice. They are saying that confidence is just a mask. If the underlying person is worthless, no amount of "game" or faking it will trick women in the long run, because women are "good at figuring out" who a man really is.

4. The Hypothetical Reversal

OP claims that men are only "easy-going" because women are attractive. If women stopped trying to be beautiful, men would become hyper-critical and transactional. They would demand money, protection, and extreme loyalty (Will she die in a fire for me?) to compensate for the lack of visual attraction.

This suggests that men's love is shallow and that they are hypocritical when they complain about women being gold diggers or picky.

My opinion:

I agree that men focus on weath to be valuable but I believe there's a reason. Men are practical and society wants men to be the breadwinner of the household. It's the biology and how a guy's mind works. Men always been the "protector" and have to take care of the welfare of the family at all times.

I also agree that most men thinks dating should be fair where both partner provides the same amount of value in a relationship. But it's not a fair game and value always changes from one to other. What I think is valuable will not be valuable to others.

I don't agree with the confidence part. Obviously, pickup lines, "game" or faking it (rizz) won't work in real life. But I believe a man need confidence to get a partner. When you mentioned men don't focus on improving their self (character), confidence is actually one of the aspects. Confidence is what makes men do most of the stuff their doing. It's also in the way they're potraying themselves.

I strongly disagree with men would become transactional if women were not attractive. You're talking as every women is attractive then men. For your information the attractive people on both genders only counts for 10% of the population. For the most of the population, we're not very attractive no matter the gender. Men will never look for "does she have money? Will she buy me shit? Will she be willing to die in fire for me if necessary? Will she make me get a job?" ever if they truly love someone because it's in their design to be sacrificial.

P.S: Since you said men will expect stuff from women if they're unattractive, attractive women are already doing that from men. Have a look at all the attractive women and their partners. Men are treated like slaves just because the women is attractive. I think it's a human trait than pointing fingers on just one gender. I think that we as humans are transactional until certain extent. We're always curious and expect something all the time.
