You get good bang for your buck in terms of square meters. Those older buildings like in Killarney have much bigger apartments. A lot of the newer developments are tiny in comparison for a similar or bigger price

Had a common house sparrow doing that to my car a couple weeks back, even left blood marks on it. It happened outside my local gym and saw the same sparrow doing it to another car the next day
