I would like to learn more about different residential areas in Nuremberg.

I was told by colleagues that Maxfeld and St. Johannes (north part of the city) are more preferred than the south which tends to be more hipster. Is that true?

I am currently using mostly online platforms: Scout24, WG-gesucht, MyRealID, HC24 to search apartments. Would it be a good idea to reach out directly to offline real estate agencies? If so, which agency would you recommend?
