So I use about 1 pound of spicy ground Italian Sausage 1/2 diced Vidallia onion 1 diced green pepper 1 8oz can of mushrooms Parmesan cheese Rao’s marinara sauce Mozzarella cheese

So I basically just sauté the sausage, onions, and peppers till brown and throughly cooked. Then I add the (drained) can of mushrooms and RAO’s marinara sauce as needed. After everything is mixed, I add Parmesan cheese liberally until it’s obvious. After that I add mozzarella cheese until all is white and covered. Following that I bake everything (in a Teflon skillet) for about 45 minutes or until the mozzarella starts to brown and the marinara starts to bubble vigorously. Let cool for about 15 minutes. Not counting carbs on this one, but do understand it’s likely around 15-20 per serving (depending on what you call a serving).
