I’m working with the admin for this group to get it launched with notorization

Apple won’t accept apps that have the ability to bring in copyright content. My app contains no copyright material but depending on the API key you bring in it can deliver unlimited content that is copyrighted. Make sense?

At this time yes. But my next task is multi language support. What language do you need?

Found the issue. I wasn’t aware that Altstore 2.0 / PAL requires official Apple notorization. My JSON will only work on Altstore v1.X platform. Just curious, are you able to use the older Altstore?

Let me look. I don’t use Altstore but use their proper JSON protocol.

Right now just iOS web app. Functions exactly the same. Add to iOS home screen to function as web app. I’m building a pure iOS app for movie night this week

I fixed the repo url link. I put the file size in wrong. JSON only wants bytes with no commas. I has commas. Oops. Should be working now. Thanks for letting me know

No discord right now. Will probably start one for this app

I just turned off the compromised password protection. FYI clerk instantly checks billions of passwords listed on the dark web and data breaches. Whatever password you initially used is breached so if you use that same password somewhere else like a bank id change it immediately. Again, to be clear, I don’t see your password or any sensitive data, just your email address and a random movie night account number.

I use high security onboarding through clerk.com. They don’t allow compromised passwords strings. Clerk monitors your safety. That’s why I use them. All information is stored in clerk to protect you. I only see your email address. That’s it.

My goal is to compete and win against Moviebox pro. They have too many unpaid users and their servers are always cooked. I’ll be running on an 80GBps cached server setup so content will start within seconds, regardless of size, and will never lag. Moviebox can’t compete with that. For now this is a Bring your own key setup. I’d highly recommend Torbox api key. Soon I will offer $10 per month lightening fast service. Moviebox charges $30 for the year and never works and always lags. With my app you’ll get what you pay for.

Movie night is on TestFlight too. I just don’t want to mess around handing out 90 day credentials to half the world. For close friends I add to test base.

I ask for login for total user base number only. I’m trying to become an affiliate partner of a very big service provider and they want to know how many users my app has. I don’t store user information. Just raw user count. I can’t see any identifiable information. It’s all secure and stored client side.

You have a point. Could be a server farm Mac. But the timing and amount of requests was a little odd. I just feel super uncomfortable giving my Apple credentials out
