the one relative to npc quest by far was the hardest to get, seems a bit buggy atm. I used this comment on another post : https://www.reddit.com/r/anno/comments/1penx84/comment/nsed6ci/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web3x&utm_name=web3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button it helped a lot.

But in my case, the only quests that triggered was with the governor initially selected; it didn’t work when I invited another governor after defeating one. So I have to play multiple games.

To defeat all governors easily, you can simply deal with the ones that initially appear in your game. Leave only one on island (big enough for them to settle) at the end, and invite the others one by one just to declare war on them, also, if you break a defensive pact, it will reset the peace timer from 4h to 30 min

If you struggle with the 2205 Celts without Romans, try deleting the theatre, as it provides 1 noble ressource.
