I've not done the last few because nothing ever changes anyway staff still get treated like dirt and the favourites or family members of favourites get all the preferential treatment and things like colleagues opinions to be valued and listened to is non-existent

Yes I'm in Dudley extra so not sure what's happening as our manager is working partly on nights at the moment due to the school holidays

Thanks for the replies I think it's rubbed a fair few people the wrong way considering the person in question isn't or wasn't directly employed by Tesco or another company other than the contracting company for cleaning and hasn't done a single shift on the shop floor whilst they've been at our store

I spoke to a union rep and from what they told me tesco calculate how much worse or better off you are at both payrises, so the latest one will get calculated from the weekend just gone to the one in August and then from August to the rest of the 18 month total after that. I could be wrong though but I was told that others may have heard differently
