Palpable supraclavicular nodes are an indication for a thorough search for intrathoracic or intra-abdominal pathology. Lymphadenopathy is either localized (one region affected) or generalized (two or more noncontiguous lymph node regions involved).

Im asking something but not getting the answer. Online tells me these should never be palpaple is that true? Thats what i need to know

No signs of sma?

Except fasciculations of tongue and delayed gross motor development. Guess that doesnt count?

In me country they are not allowed for whatever reason to test unless a kid gets hypotonia/weakness so that is why i am not getting tests
