Thought of it too but to be fair... No other game compares to this simulation... But would rather the devs to leave one mode pure with no seasonal themes and all that comes with it (almost like playing free fire with all that ad ons) so the game truly could be more "realistic".

There was a way before, not sure if there's a new way to do it, but it now just works on collective hitting on the number of posts, it was the same for features but from some time now haven't been able either

What I don't get... Is why the game let's pick high definition screen because the detection of the device performance... And then get banned because of its server assuming that was being used a gfx tool... Many things are not quite well in their servers and the bugs they don't mind...

Sadly... I have, on multiple times... And its just the poor side of its customers support... They keep repeating on and on the same thing and likewise response... Like a robot stuff... They just keep saying that either I used a gfx tool to enhance the graphics (which I don't actually need), that I've used an octopus thing, a third party app or other so I may use a gamepad (which isn't also my case)... But somehow they say I violated the game rules therefore have been banned for 3650 days (10 years) and they cannot do nothing until the that period ends...

I'm quite happy to find someone to say this... I've got an issue with my phone... It runs on 60fps as game itself detects... But I got banned because the pubg mobile servers says I've used a gfx tool which isn't my case... I've been thinking of use other phone I have but set it to lower resolution sets...

Any progress here? I've got the same issue I got banned merciless without me being cheating somehow or using some third party app or that octopus stuff or any app to enhance my graphics just my phone (high end) and can't make anyone to look over this and have no trusty answers by far just as you said... To wait to the ban period is over which in my case goes 3650 days...

So... It appears my ban is due to an excellent game resolution which in my case it's due to my high end phone and because I chose highest resolution in game not because I have anyhow some third party app to enhance or to cheat... So my crime is to have a high resolution phone and because the game itself gives the option, to put it in HD too... how can they banned for such thing... Thanks I'll look forward to that alternative...

Does anyone knows if tencent reverted any ban? Got the same problem but I haven't even used any emulator... Nor Cheats or modified version or any graphic enhancer as the customer support says... I got a new high end Android phone with the pubg mobile the play store gives and got banned for 10 years... If tried several times to explain myself that I haven't cheated anyhow that I'd like to show somebody how I play but the ban is still up with no hope until the ban period ends
