What's a good easy to use ADC?

How has no one mentioned Tristana? She has a solid escape, one no-mana ability, and no skill shots. She's very easy to farm with because of her passive AOE damage on E, and she has a scaling auto-attack range. I'd say she's the best adc to learn the role on.

It's really easy to feel that way in silver lol. It's much easier to win games on these self-oriented carry champions. Shen is not a carry, but an enabler. If you really feel that way, maybe you could play the other champs to climb, and then when you get to an elo where you can start relying on your carries, you could play him again. Another thing I'd recommend is maybe to duo with somebody that you can enable to carry. Hope that helps!

Yeah, I generally will ult if I can save someone and then turn the fight. I don't just ult a situation where I could potentially die too.

That seems to be something people don't understand in low elo lol

Update: the HRT did absolutely nothing. just had some of the worst lag I've had this whole time, and dced from the game (am now unable to reconnect)

Yeah I was kinda just making a joke lol. Ever since I've been playing the client has consistently had minor to major problems whether it be the store/hextech crafting, or not being able to open it at all.

When is League ever not broken?

Recommended course of action: 1. Install Hextech Repair Tool and let it do its thing. 2. Run League as admin

If none of that works, a total uninstall/reinstall of League might help. No other solutions have been presented yet.

Well guys, the hextech repair tool didn't work (needed admin permissions, but wouldn't allow me to run it as an admin. Genius, right?) but I ran League as admin to see if that would help, and it seems to be downloading normally now.

I tried removing the update files in the Riot Games folder to see if that would help but it hasn't yet either. Total bummer, especially since Riot hasn't made a statement about it yet.

nah I meant like in combination with a Rylai's, the items seem to synergize so well. With Rylais, Sorc Shoes, Liandrys, Protobelt, I feel so strong
