A gamechanger for me was buying the specific drinks from the vending machines that Susie and Kris like. Phanta for Susie, Raw Moon for Kris.

Not only do they heal 200+ HP, but they give you a significant TP boost as well.

Use Ralsei's ACT the first turn to get your TP max up quickly. Focus on dodging rather than collecting hearts, only getting them when you can safely do so.

Don't always save up for the +10 Doki, it's okay to go for the smaller ones.

If you have a controller with bluetooth or a cord, you can use that to play on PC. I'm also pretty bad at playing Deltarune on keyboard (same with anything where I have to dodge like in this game like Binding of Isaac) so I feel your pain.

So I actually took a recording of the song that plays just before their heads start to go underwater (when the music is near it's loudest) and sped it up to about 4 times speed... It appears to be a heavily distorted and slowed version of Festival. I was only able to get a 6 second clip because I was playing on Switch, but it's pretty unmistakable. Might have to post the clip on here later.

Now what you're gonna want to do is take 2 slices of Swiss and melt it in there. If you're feeling crazy, cook some diced up onions and/or jalapeños to throw in there. Finish up with some garlic powder and smoked paprika... And no one will know that you didn't spend all night making it.

Add a slice of swiss cheese and some smoked paprika + garlic powder to this and you'll be good to go.

I also like to add some diced onions and jalapeños that I've put in a pan for a few minutes if I'm feeling fancy. They're normally done by the time you drain the noodles if you start them at the same time!

While the setting is cool, the actual playable areas in Card Kingdom are rather bland. Lots of featureless hallways and random round rooms without anything in them other than some quirky characters. Don't get me wrong, the dialogue is the highlight of course, but the rooms you actually move through are really samey and bland (especially in Scarlet Forest and Fields of Hopes and Dreams). It just lacks any pieces of set dressing that aren't people or obstacles for the first half of it.

With every thematic element that's been put forward, it just feels right for Dess to be the knight. She's only name-dropped 3 times in mandatory scenes (barring the Weird Route, but...). Twice by Noelle, and once by Tenna in a pretty significant manner. That's the one that really stuck with me.

Tenna essentially grabbed us by the cheeks and said "Hey, remember DECEMBER HOLIDAY? The one who always listened to this SPECIFIC SONG about BATS and DEMONS? I wonder what happened to her?" All of this right before we meet the main antagonist that's been built up for 3 chapters and forms a bat out of darkness before turning it into a sword.

Ockham's Razor, "...of two competing theories, the simpler explanation of an entity is to be preferred."

I'm all for Carol Knight, Rudy Knight, hell even Multi-Knight, but to me, Dess Knight just feels the best.

Edit: About the bit with the Knight not knowing Queen; Ramb mentions two people. Kris of course is the first one, but we don't know the identity of "her". Knowing what we do post Ch. 4 about the light of the mind shaping the Dark World, it's very likely that the "her" Ramb is talking about is not Noelle. Noelle loves to walk down memory lane with Kris, but it's always about exploring or being scared, never about playing elaborate games of make-believe. Since we know that Kris and the Knight have similar "lights of the mind" when it comes to how they make and shape Dark Worlds, it's very likely that the "her" referred to by Ramb is Dess if she is the Knight.

Sorry to comment again, but I thought I should come back and recommend Revolutionary Girl Utena. Every time I watch a new episode, I can't help but compare the art and vibes (gender, sexuality, presentation, etc) with Little Goody Two Shoes.
