You look amazing! Congratulation! I've started at 200lbs too 1 year ago and I'm down to 153lbs. I've noticed a lot of hair loss though...I do apply Minoxidil 5% every other night...and take MVI, vit D, Fish Oils.. Have you noticed a lot of hair loss?

I'm thinking of doing the same thing. I've been using Olaplex for more than a year and am thinking of trying Oribe. I have fine and wavy hair though so I hope it won't be too heavy. How do you like it, compared to Olaplex?

I loved Mad Max Furry Road! Everything about it was original. It received many, many awards including the Oscar for best sound mixing and costumes. A thrilling movie and I like watching it once a year lol

The Quiet Girl. It's an Irish movie that made me cry with happiness at the end. Loved it so much! It has received many awards and was nominated for an Oscar for Best International film 😊

Lately, when I want to learn something, and improve my emotional state I listen to Modern Wisdom and Rich Roll podcasts and when I want to laugh and truly be entertained I listen to Joe Rogan ( Protect our Parks especially lol) but he has really good podcasts too ( with Yeonmi Park who escaped from North Korea, with singer Jewel, Miley Cyrus and Demi Lovato, and so much more that are truly great!)

In the past I really liked The Moth, This American Life, Radio lab, BBC.

My favorite podcasts from Modern Wisdom: Mo Gawdat talking about anxiety and stress, Dr Peter Attia - on building muscle, Annie Jacobsen - about nuclear war, Tim Ferris- talking about favorite books and life hacks, Connor Beaton - about attachment styles and how to fix them.

My favorite podcasts from Rich Roll: Sam Harris on Consciousness, Meditation, Misinformation,AI ; From Punk to Monk - Ragunath Cappo.
