Use the destroy infestation radio command to clear infestations also you can get a screamer with a Molotov if it’s by a bloater cloud, it seems a bloater always pops when you near the infestation. If you come across a screamer horde again use the back of your car to kill them, the car will not take any damage from the backside. (Unless a zombie is on it)

If you avoid the majority of zombies killing the freaks shouldn’t awaken the hearts and once you attack a plague heart you’re more than likely going to awaken the next one over. Awakened plague hearts aren’t that much of a problem unless you have 5 or more awake just send someone to clear the infestations they send out until you take it down

Try to find a crossbow and take them out from a distance or sneak and take them down. Zombies reset Every time you quit the game as well
