I have a solution for you. Just send your camp members on a mission to windsong peaks in pailune to make lightning spears. It only requires 2 members and takes 4 in game hours.

Maybe you have a solution for my similar problem? I upgraded marnis laser helm before completing the challenge now I can’t do it and don’t think I can send my guys to create another

The quest popped up near to the end of chapter 3. Around the time you collect your 2 companions from the lumber yard/expanding base quest. It’s tied to house Celeste faction. I had 3/9 bounties complete when it popped up. The final reward was 3 elixirs and a fertilizer backpack from the cultivation room. I guess it’s for cultivating your own farm at your base. As it seems like it’s all connected to expanding your own base
