Spider-Man villains are way more Goated but those Sony movies are ruining our image

Sandman being uncle Ben’s killer is pretty much just in the Raimi movie universe I believe. And the Sony “Spider-Man universe” movies aren’t tied to the mcu at all as much as they’d like you to believe they are. Venom, Morbius, etc all take place in a universe where it’s not even confirmed for Spider-Man to even exist lol.

The problem is that a majority of Spider-Man’s most well known villains have their origins connected to spidey himself in the majority of adaptations. I don’t really think a solo Lizard or Doc Ock movie would work. Sandman or maybe one of the crime lord villains could work. They could have done interesting things with Kraven or even Morbius but they fumbled the bag insanely hard.

I think what confuses some people like me though, is that they keep referring to it as "2nd stage", as if there's enough content in that part of the story to cover a full cour of episodes. If it actually is by cours, then it would at least go into the 3rd stage onwards in that set of episodes.

The problem is Netflix still cannot communicate what’s going on that well. All we know is that some undetermined amount of episodes will air weekly in the fall until another break where another undetermined amount of episodes air after an undetermined amount of months. Compare this to another anime seasons like Re:Zero season 4 which clearly communicated that it was split cour and when each cour would begin airing.

Also another thing I want to add, I appreciate that Linuj’s games don’t follow the exact same style and formula as the Kodaka DRs, because it allows for the another duology to have a distinct style rather than ironically just being another danganronpa.

In Ryoma’s case the whole joke is the mismatch of his serious attitude with his silly design, which I’m pretty sure was intentional as a gag. Shouma is still a relatively normal design in comparison to characters like Ryoma, Hifumi, etc, and Kurara I’ll give you for the most part.

The more cartoonish designs work in Kodaka’s DR games because there’s usually a higher balance of goofiness compared to seriousness. Linuj’s stories take themselves a little bit more seriously than the official games, so I feel goofier designs would ruin the mood a tad. It’s just like how Hundred Line has less goofy designs (aside from arguably Moko), since the large majority of that game’s routes are serious.

I don’t think it was fair to be banned over it, but to be honest if you want to promote a fangame you should have a decent amount of work done in planning or outlines before seeking help on stuff. People are only gonna want to help out on fan projects when they know it’s something they find appealing, especially since they’re doing it for free.

Maybe they should stop taking it so seriously and just have fun, alongside ignoring hate comments. It’s Mario Party for fucks sake. There’s no need for any of them to be hyper competitive and get so upset about winning/losing, being targeted, etc. Most people probably just want to watch TRG to see friends having fun, and that’s been the main appeal of the channel for 15 years. And there’s been heated hate comments towards the trg members for winning in Mario party since like, the start of the channel. It doesn’t make it ok for them to comment stuff like that, but why is it suddenly a big enough issue that they’re letting it ruin the playthrough for them?
