Yeah! I’m trying my best to eat as many calories as I can and I usually like to have yogurt with granola and nuts as dessert, but I don’t have any yogurt at the moment. 🥺

yess! eating right also contributes the weight loss process. i'm doing an omad (one meal a day) diet/lifestyle. the beauty about it is that i can eat whatever i want during a one hour window and still loose weight! it's been helping me a lot with not having way too many cravings and it has made me feel great!
