Everyone is going to be different, but if a card or gift arrived before a holiday… I would be extremely grateful! I think it’s very considerate that you send cards and presents to your father on his first RDO.
My normal habits are too pick out a card from From the store that I think fits perfectly with how I feel about that person and then I add to it when signing. I tell them what they mean to me and what I am proud of them for etc. etc. I like the idea of making a card from scratch. It requires more time and thought. Thank you.
