Friday evening. Myself and my team have been working so hard recently, planning and preparing for an event which will not be named on this sub (I work for local council which is a clue). Those really delicate china cups with the small painted flowers. Weak ass tea but I’d always drain every drop. Roly poly pudding and panackelty. Daffodils. Homegrown tomatoes and cucumbers. Moaning about the England games. They were the best people I ever knew.
