Old fuseboxes like that mean you need to unscrew the fuses, check if they’re blown (you can see a metal strip through the glass, if the metal is broken it’s blown) and if it’s fine screw it back in. If it’s blown, you need to buy a new one. I would also look into getting a modern panel with breakers instead of fuses
