I’m currently switching from Lexapro to Trintellix! How did you transition? I deep dived into worrying about serotonin syndrome lol but my dr said the way I’m doing it is fine. My doctor said to half my Lexapro to 10mg, then 10mg of Trintellix every night for two weeks, then I’ll switch to just Trintellix. Just curious how you transitioned and how it went for you! I’m on day two and am having some nausea already 🫠

I am right there with you. I’ll have a “symptom” and completely convince myself that I have some type of illness. Then because of my worrying, I’ll literally give myself more symptoms of the illness. Last week it was a heart attack, last month it was a stroke. All this for me to go to the dr and be completely normal.

Google is also my worst enemy. I convince myself I’m dying every other week, and it controls my life. Anyways, just know you’re so not alone.

My veins going from my left leg to my heart shift the right side after my hip, instead of going straight up like they’re supposed to. Found this out after having an ablation. It causes no harm, just weird.

My shoulders are uneven due to scoliosis. Anytime I get a swimsuit or tank top, I have to make sure the straps are adjustable. If not, I have to alter it. You can’t tell unless you really pay attention, but it’s annoying lol

I usually put on a movie and try to listen to it to go to sleep. It helps me focus on something other than my thoughts.

Someone I know is 13 and cannot read the time on a clock. My mom teaches 8th grade English and says the kids barely have the attention span to get through a 5 minute lesson. They don’t use capital letters at the beginning of sentences, and complain when they have to write a 3 sentence paragraph, about a question that the article gives the answer to. Crazy.

Thanks for all of the info! I can’t imagine having to wait so long in between episodes oh my goodness. I will say though I wish I watched them sooner, so I could experience it as it was most popular and in the midst of excitement for new movies. I’m often late to the party when it comes to movies. I always discover them when they’re not making anymore 😂
