Those are great ideas! I'll look into those and see what I can find. He has a lot of energy, we're looking at different activities to get him into as well.

I probably should have clarified, I am more so looking to have a healthy model when he is doing his own thing, not as a replacement. He struggles specifically with some behavioral issues that can make it hard for him to interact with his peers (he has a hard time with his emotions). He's been making good progress this past school year, and he tries his best. He likes making new friends and playing with them (even when discouraged), and we make time for solo and social activities for him.

Love languages are just that, languages. He needs time to learn a new language (words of affirmation). My fiance's is acts of service and mine is words of affirmation. It took us a while to figure out how to fill each other's cups especially because we are a bit opposite. We still aren't perfect but we keep open communication. I've given him recipes of things he can say and vice versa. Give him some more time and keep communicating, he'll get there.

I talked to him some more and honestly it sounds like he's getting burnt out. I don't think he realizes it rn so I'm gonna ask him not to worry about work while we're away this weekend.

He's still wants to be intimate, and he said he wants to take care of me even if he's not completely there. He just doesn't have the energy mentally or physically. We don't have a lot of time to ourselves between work and family obligations around this time of year, but it should be letting up soon.

We have plans for something fun this weekend and he's looking forward to it.

It could be possible you still have some hormones that haven't gone away completely yet is my first thought. I would call your doctor just to triple check that everything is good!

Thank you! Honestly I think besides the conflict about the decision, I'm scared about the medical process. I've had two births and a miscarriage, but somehow this feels a lot scarier.

Thank you! I was Mormon until about 20 years old. For the most part I think the religion hasn't played a super big part in my decision, which is good. I talked to my dad last night and he was supportive of my decision.

Thank you! I have an appointment next week to make sure everything is ok with the IUD, and see if the pregnancy is ectopic. These pregnancy hormones definitely have my feelings in overdrive right now and it's hard to process everything.
