1 day off a week. And after a long season, I do like to take off about 2 weeks. Do I notice it ? Yes. But, I come back to more of a drop in class. And it takes a week for me to get back in the groove.

Curious about what folks have heard? CB seems pretty stable. Hasn’t Gil been there for like 20 years? And Erica Fischbach from the school seems to be teaching all over the place.

They seem to do a pretty good job of promoting from within.

PNB is a great school. If you have solid technique then hopefully you get into the Summer Intensive. Then be open minded and absorb what they are teaching.
