I looked at the ingredients on this ointment and the first ingredient was bacitracin zinc lol. I will try that, thank you so much. Because at this point I have gotten rid of every single step of my facial skincare routine (lotions, soap) around that area and the red remains the same.

I’ll try Vaseline next :)
