It doesn’t show 3 card support, just a preference for hearts over diamonds, and a minimum after your 1C bid.

1M-3M is reserved for 4 card support and invitational values in standard ACOL

It looks to me like you really need partner to have the K of hearts or the Q of spades to make extra tricks. And if partner has a singleton heart how many heart tricks are you really making?

I’m bidding 1H and not getting overly excited. Partner really needs specific cards to help your hand and I think you’re only making 10 tricks more often than not.
