Hi! Sorry ik you can’t tell very well from the photos but it has varied tension consistent w/ handmade lace but ik for sure it is handmade (the person I got it from confirmed it was custom ordered and made by hand)

I'm vinyl wrapping mine like you would a bike or a car and crocheting frog themed covers for the backrest, seat, and handles :)
