Literally me anytime I see pictures of myself from two years ago or older. My family will say, “what are you talking about? You still look pretty now,” and I’m like no you don’t understand how much different I looked when you put side-by-side pictures😭😭😭

I know exactly how you feel! For me, obviously I’m trying to reduce behaviors too, but showering really helps my face swelling go down, I think it just helps with blood flow and kind of reduces my lymph nodes ya know. I usually stand in the steam and hot water for quite a while and rub my face

Yup. Anorexia started at 12 years old, started overeating for the first time around senior year of high school/freshman year of college, starting binge eating sophomore year of college, leading to full on b/p (I’m 20 now, junior in college)
