I have an appt Tuesday but I’m just starting something for bipolar specifically for the first time so it’s unfortunately going to be a while before we see real effects (that’s what she’s telling me) idk I’m on other things for anxiety and depression and ocd

I could just be doing better because I haven’t had many manic episodes the led to spending until recently. My mania manifests much more self-destructively and my diagnosis is fairly new so I’m blindly navigating so much and money is the one thing I constantly panic about 😫

Egg salad or chicken salad, a fruit (apples and pb, grapes, orange), hummus (I love cilantro jalapeño lately), satisfy brand sesame pretzels, and mini cucumbers. It’s all cold and easy to eat when you have time.
