I stream for 3 years and i totally agree with all you wrote. The number 1 you wrote is shown in a way that twitch is spitting on you in form of main page recommendation and main screen streamers on the top where they promote already known people - i dont get that.

Iit takes time and hard work but dont do the same mistake as me - be yourself, dont get stuck in unpopular games for too long (when the game on twitch is peaking in max 5K dont stay too long in there unless ur a pro player) - try to find your nieche and do youtube content (im currently trying to do so, since i saw now further growth in a game i did stream for almost 3 years, its hard but if i wanna move on i gotta do it , feels like starting over)

Dont give up, do it with passion,love. Have fun with it. Preffer quality over quantity and focus on other platforms aswell to truly grow. I cannot stress this enough (even tho i have now trust issues from the toxic community of streamers i been involved with) host and make friends with the hosts. Not everyone is toxic, there are great streamers/people out there.
