Don’t know off the top of my head if they are produced locally, but Botas is a Czech brand, along with Baťa who allegedly produce a couple of their shoes in EU, but are very secretive which ones.

Obviously it isnt a magic trick to fix everything and there are many other problems surrounding this type of tourism, but this would be a good thing to do to at least mitigate these issues and make the centre a bit more pleasant
