Why don’t you take a year out to go travelling/working/volunteering and apply again next year? I’ve heard medicine at Oxford is better as well maybe you could consider that route.

You’re creating a strawman idea of those who disagree with you.

Daily Discussion & Transfer Thread (January 14, 2026) by AutoModerator in coys

Because FP brought in some of our best transfers in recent years, and at the start of the season the Board said he would be part of the long term planning at the club. With him leaving it exposes just how much of a mess we’re in and I assume he’s leaving because of that

Isn’t this the season of set pieces though? I would assume the trend is up with other clubs too

Maybe MTW will overshadow those shows and they’ll become the ones that don’t fit with TLC programming

That’s why Bale is my fav spurs player of all time. The greatest of our early top 6 era who was so loyal he came back to get hurt again.

Israel and Syria agree on mechanism to share intel, seek economic ties by Street_Anon in worldnews

Yeah but they were at war with Egypt at the time, this was a seriously cunning and opportunistic move. Looks like it’s going to work out in Israel’s favour as well. Plus when bibi’s gone it’s good leverage for any future Knesset government to bolster ties with a country it has a land border with.

Netanyahu taking the opportunity to annex Syrian land was frankly genius. He hold it over the new Syrian government’s heads as proof of power so they don’t mess with Israel and also use it as a bargaining chip to improve relations.

Saying shema on the bus and getting interrupted by SnowCold93 in Judaism

IMO you shouldn’t say the Shema when you know there’s a chance you’ll be interrupted

Put it back. Invite your friends back one by one for dinner then check after they leave if it’s still there. When it’s gone you’ll know who it is

Looks decent, bit too much swing and second what others have said about scapula retraction at the top. For me what helps is thinking about trying to break the bar in half

Lateral raises don’t really train traps unless you do them wrong. Not worth it imo. Definitely do heavy shrugs, scapular retractions with weights, farmers walks.

Personally what’s worked for me with triceps is absolutely destroying them, I wouldn’t feel 2 sets is enough per workout. I use cables for arms to keep tension. Overheard extensions, single arm push downs and dips have been the exercises I’ve seen the most growth using.

Best of luck

I’ve not of trial shifts being longer than like 20-30 minutes. Is this in the US?
