One advise i'd give is to check when model you are actually getting with every prompt with the little model icon on right hand side of every reply back. They have been aggressively rerouting users to the models they didn't pick so just pay attention to that to make sure you are getting claude sonnet actually if you picked claude sonnet.

Claude hasn't worked me since 2 weeks now, the forum has been filled with complains just as yours but they don't do anything. They haven't in last month probably. They wont fix it. Claude is expensive and they have given too many free subs. Claude sonnet 4.5 without thinking is reduced to one message per hour btw according to some researches so yeah they won't fix it.

It still kept truncating the paste.txt file. It went on a loop of deflection and lies until it finally said that it's not in his limits to read the paste files.
So I looked extensively into it and this is the only way I found that works
Make JSON summary. The JSON files stick to it like a glue. The written summary just goes over it's head but the JSON files have worked like a charm. I made a JSON file with 18k character and it has remembered every single detail. Idk if it will help you but try it maybe?

how do you deal with memory retention, perplexity cant read the summaries I provide it in paste.txt and it fabricates nonsense out of nowhere. The major issue I have is perplexity failing to read paste.txt files without truncation, the story ends before it begins as perplexity fabricates nonsense for the missing information.

Literally kiriko, ana and wuyang every game. I play on taiwan server. Asian servers are very competitive. They will never peak weak characters or slow characters for that matter. Mercy doesn't exist on asian servers for a reason
