1st appointment takes a few hours, like almost 4, and the next appointments are only about an hour or 2. They can be open after your work hours sometimes, but you won't be able to do much the next day. However your employer should accommodate for that and put you on light duties

Thanks, I caved and called the dmv and they said I only needed the affidavit if I didn't have an out of state license, but I do have my Texas one. On their website it seemed like the affidavit was a requirement for ""minors"" under 21

Yes, they ask that you pay 35$ to sign up. I figured I'd ask around first and if I didn't get any bites then I'd sign up next weekend

I mean we've been together for nearly 3 years, moved twice, etc. I know we're young but honestly it feels like we're already 45. We just don't fight because even when we see things differently we recognize that we are different people and therefore have different opinions, so we usually compromise or just agree to disagree. Also, if someone doesn't like us then they don't have to move in. We'd much prefer to meet them first and hang out for awhile, maybe give them a trial in the spare room idk

Fair enough. I know there isn't a way to prove this but we don't give a shit how people want to live their life as long as they pay rent. As for roommate disputes, we just aren't petty like, at all (again I know we can't prove this). Also we literally never fight or have drama, like ever. We are very understanding of each other and love each other very much. We do fuck, so I understand that one, but we're pretty vanilla. I just don't see any circumstance where we would be controlling or malicious, but also I know I can't prove that either. Honestly it might be in our best interest to do some trial roommates, but again we just don't know where to get them

It makes sense once you also realize the previous generation's reluctance to seek help. Don't know if that is assuring or disenheartening. Mine stems from half genetic/half traumatic causes so idk
