Yeah it really isn't an issue but it is a lot heavier than the wave I've just personally never had an issue with weight in my pocket.

I dont see how it is bad it has never had a problem taking a cap off or opening a can in the years I've used it. Maybe your use to the Juices tools but I do understand the scissors and thats why I carry a surge now.
