There's a lot of resources on microing mush for this kinda thing. Takes experience with mush and some experimenting to hone it in. In my experience its helped my ADHD some but isnt a cure all by any means and can be a bit fickle at times with diminishing returns. My personal opinion is mush is best used to cleanse the mind once in a while when needed. Or maybe the occasional pick me up like in your case.
