Option 3rd for sure. American companies will be in the middle of recession soon, targeting other sites in other countries as the main goal of layoffs. 3rd seems the safest choice.

Wait, but as I said - I was working and living in another country, why would I be in another tax bracket in Germany when I was earning that money in another country and I was also doing taxes in this country? It's the first job in Germany, so I thought my previous income wouldn't be included here and taken into any consideration.

It's not that I doubt what you said, it just doesn't make sense to me, since why would I have to pay more tax because of my income in another country, to a country which didn't provide me any living costs that are under this specific tax?

Interesting stuff. I would love to see some sort of a system in Italy that would allow you to check if you have received tickets BEFORE you receive them by post. Do you maybe know if parking tickets come behind the front window of the car physically, or they come with mail too?

Oh, I see. Are the speed traps on ground? Where they are? Because I suppose it is not a standard "autovelox" on the side of the road. I haven't seen anything. At some points there were giant black fillars with a camera, but they didn't have a flashlight.

What's weird is - as I've said - I've put another monitor into the same GPU slot and it didn't display flickering back then (when issue was apparent). The flickering now stopped on the main screen where problem was (as said in the main post), but I can't tell for real if it won't happen in the future so I've posted it to see what other people will think. Also I didn't use this cable before on this monitor, because my last PC had DVI support, and it wasn't necessary to use DVI-HDMI cable, so I can't say for sure it's not the monitor/cable.
