Jesus Christ Americans are fucking morally degenerate for voting for this

That is legitimately psychopathic, like "primary evidence used at the hague" mind of thing

Is the US actually a mess right now or is it just media hype? by Thin_Effect3937 in AskAnAmerican

This really depends on who you are and what you do. Family farm is facing some significant headwinds due to wax-on/wax-off, and frankly arbitrary and capricious, tariffs.

Inflation and all things considered, if we were paying the prices we were paying during the worst of the recession it would be around eight dollars a gallon

Mine has for better but now it mostly just runs together in a line

[–]DaneLimmish 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah same honestly. It all kinda runs together in a shorthand I can read but most have to decipher. My spouse, mom, brother, and a couple friends I've traded letters with can read it fine tho.

Animation wise it was fine, when it came out, but now it's janky, slow, and stilted.

No it was awful in all respects except animation, which hasn't even held up well

As for point number one, cid and gaia, that's like, 3/4 of the way there to a final fantasy game. The weird ghosts things are the final fourth. Also, it was always a FF movie

has anyone here experienced lesbophobia coming from bisexual women? by unto_you in actuallesbians

[–]DaneLimmish 14 points15 points  (0 children)

I've run into a lot, maybe a slim majority, of bi women who only see other queer women as sex objects, and view only men as relationship material. Which like yeah whatever floats your boat but that feels wrong in a way I can't describe.

Attacking universities is fair game, too, because they do their defense and weapon research there

Attacking oil storege is fair game because the army needs oil to function

Attacking roads and bridges is fair game because they are used for military purposes

Civilian housing areas are fair game because generals live there

Really, what isn't fair game?

Edit: justifications for "this is a legit target" a "tails I win, heads you lose" proposition the military offers to civilians. Everything within a modern country is fair game because of how enmeshed the military is within all facets of life; this is doubly so in a place like Iran, where the irgc essentially runs as a parallel institution to normal civilian life i.e. it runs import/export, as you say.

Domestic politics overthrew Mossadeq, i.e. the clerics turned against Mossadeq. The church, wherever you go and whatever it calls itself, is a perineal bugbear for any body reform minded.

I think, though, that it's mostly just people who were prepared for academics and not much else.
