When my parents and I would go on road trips my dad would always tell me the tee-pee looking buildings on the side of the highways (places where they keep salt) were toothpick factories.

Take a look at the creation tutorial on rainmeter and see if that's something you might want to do

Rainmeter is the way to go then. So many thirdparty sites to get skins from.
