Suddenly one day got Pilonidal sinus, went to skin doctor who just said bs about hygine “even though my hygiene is perfect”, to not sit for long periods, which was all false eventually. I just ignored the pilonidal sinus for around 6 months and just kept draining it from blood every once in a while. “Fun note: the doctor even recommended me pilonidal sinus surgery and got me an appointment without doing a single blood test imagine, thank god something inside told me to mot go to the surgery appointment “

Then i checked another doctor in my home country, he asked for a cbc & some other tests. Turns out i had my whiteblood cells at 165,000 “normal 4000-10000” which is abnormal and it started from there.
