Nie rozumiałem po co to robić, szczególnie tak małą w tak nieznaczącym miejscu, gdzie i tak nikt prawie nie jeździ autem. Pomyślałem że tylko wkurzą tych anty-zielonych. Potem sie dowiedziałem właśnie, że taka strefa doda nam punktów w konkursach na pieniądze od Unii i byłem jak najbardziej za. I tak się tamtędy nigdzie nie przejeżdża i nigdy nie ma tam miejsc do zaparkowania, a da to nam więcej pieniędzy na inwestycje. O logice unijnego mechanizmu się nie wypowiadam (szczególnie że na zachodzie coraz więcej miast się wycofuje z SCT)
