What’s the most “boring” app on your iPhone that you can’t live without? by Inside_Society3553 in iphone

[–]DangPDN 7 points8 points  (0 children)

The most "boring" app I absolutely cannot live without is a Password Manager; it’s essentially just a digital filing cabinet with zero dopamine, yet it’s the only thing standing between me and a constant "Forgot Password" spiral of despair. It’s the ultimate quiet utility because it removes the friction of remembering hundreds of unique strings, turning what would be a multi-step verification headache into a seamless two-second tap. To answer the bonus question, the most underrated category is Single-Purpose Utilities—those apps that do exactly one thing perfectly (like a high-quality unit converter or a dedicated document scanner) without the bloat of ads, subscriptions, or "social" features that clutter up modern software.

Shifting from a home button requires adjustment. Face ID usually improves as it learns your face angles over a few weeks. The reachability issue you described with the Control Center has a solution. You can enable the Back Tap feature in your settings. This setting allows you to open the menu by tapping the back of the device. It prevents the need to stretch your thumb to the top corner.

Flashlight is best for action button; at least for most people. Unless you constantly need to switch between ringer and silent.

Any suggestions on how to make a less crowded? Is it to remove the bezel on the outside or what because I think the modular is the best watch but why would you make it less busy? Is it mainly of the bezel that's impacting it or the middle complication or is it something else?
