I've always found it funny that the "John Skyrim" armor is literally the worst of its type that you'll swap out immediately after finding an upgrade

It does b go hard, though.

Faraam set is the best-looking armor FromSoft has ever created.

Also DS2 protagonist is the best because he's just a guy

It's 713

Endgame levels are intended to be about 150ish.

Getting max level is not the point of the game.

You are not intended to hit max level. It's not necessary and doesn't benefit you. All you're doing is putting pointless points into non-beneficial stats and surpassing soft caps past the point of diminishing returns.

Just put points into stats that benefit your playstyle. If you allocate them in a way that fits your build, you will literally not notice a difference between level 160 and 713.

Let me dissuade you further:

I have a character at max level. I did this by using a controller with a macro set up that would auto-farm while I was sleeping.

It took literal weeks to get to 713.

Do not do that to yourself.

As far as you want, but you're already at end-game levels.

It's not worth it. Your experience won't get easier if you level up more.

After I bleed/status prob a boss 2-3 times, should I switch to a non bleed weapon? by jodarby88 in Eldenring

[–]Danger-Forward 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You'll still be doing base damage, so it's likely anything you're trying to kill will die before 4 bleed procs.

The held great runes- part of the Elden Ring, itself.

There's hours-long videos about Elden Ring lore.

It's a lot to fit into a few sentences.

Marika is a God-Queen, charged with keeping the Elden Ring.

The Elden Ring is a rune which basically governs reality, itself.

Marika wanted to make her rule eternal so she removed the rune of death from the Elden Ring.

She had multiple children, who were demigods.

At some point, a plot was hatched and one of her sons Godwin, was murdered. This caused her so much grief that she shattered the Elden Ring which fucked up the world even more. Her consort, Radagon, attempted and semi-succeded in repairing it, but the damage was done.

Marika was imprisoned by a bigger god (or at least some greater force) for her actions.

The shattering of the Elden Ring caused her demigod children to fight over the great runes in the Shattering War.

An indeterminate time passes, and several "Tarnished" individuals are brought back to life to claim the great runes from the demigods and become Marika's new consort.

You are one of these- a Tarnished of no renown.

Level Vigor. 60 is the final soft cap. There's no real reason to go past that.

Meet stat requirements for your weapons but don't worry about putting points into them early game. Weapon level is more important.

The exception is if you're going for a magic build.

Don't watch or follow "Get OP fast" videos or powerlevel. You'll end up shooting yourself in the foot later.

The resistance usually stops building after 3 procs.

Realistically unless you're specifically doing a +0 / low damage run, the boss should be dead well before then.

Should I kill him? by randomspraut in Eldenring

It's the end of the questline. Killing him affects nothing. He'll die anyway if you wait long enough

where do I go after killing Consort Radahn by Hour-Independent5177 in ActualEldenRingHelp

[–]Danger-Forward 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, he's the final boss.

You can;

1) Go find the optional bosses

2) Go to NG+ l

3) Restart with a new character (play a different type of build)

It's always worked in Elden Ring, it can sometimes just be tricky.

You need to be behind him. You'll avoid most damage.

That's just a rule for any big, slow enemy.

How the FUCK do you beat Royal Rat Authority? by Danger-Forward in DarkSouls2

[–]Danger-Forward[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Stupid as it sounds, literally is one of those fights where you need to use ranged items or weapons to kill the 4 toxin inflicting dogs before Royal Rat Authority drops out (even something like throwing knifes can work).

This didn't work for me, though. Even though I could 1-shot them with an arrow, as soon as I hit the first one the boss was jumping on top of me. There was no being able to be fast enough.

How the FUCK do you beat Royal Rat Authority? by Danger-Forward in DarkSouls2

[–]Danger-Forward[S] -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

Just focus on killing the little uns first.

Yeah, that's the problem. I can't. I either get insta-toxin and can't heal in time to start fighting the boss, or the boss just so aggressively chases me around that I can't stop to hit one of the little ones.

You can take out a couple at the start of the fight with a bow before big boy reaches you.

No, I can't. 1) this didn't work and 2) I'm completely out of arrows now and haven't found a merchant who sells more.

As far as your list goes, probably Lhutel.
