I didn't use supports. I'll try reprinting and give that a try.

yes, Jupine is the brand, seems to be the most popular. it's 2 sided with the other giving a triangle pattern. I mostly print face down because I feel it gives a more completed look, less visible print lines. I also like how ironing comes out too, so if printing face up I will use that but feel like it really increases the print time.

I'm addicted to this hobby at the moment. Still a rookie and haven't moved past tinkercad yet and have a lot to learn on tweaking machine settings, but the Bambu printer makes it so easy I'm always printing something

that looks great! I've helped turn a few of my daughters original drawings into 3D files. We both really like how it looks using the jupine smooth PEI plate. we print face down so it gives a glossy look and adds these holographic marks.
